Appetizers
OUR appetizers are a unique selection of a mixture of Chinese delicacies,
Chinese soups and the Cantonese style aromatic duck. The Chinese delicacies dishes feature small,
bite-sized morsels, all exquisitely flavoured, and consist mainly of chopped meat, seafood
and vegetables, wrapped up in a wafer-thin coating of pastry, and then fried (Spring Rolls,
deep-fried Wun Tuns, Crab and Prawn meat Rolls, Wafer wrapped King Prawns). The aromatic
duck is finely chopped to be wrapped up in a wafer-thin pancake together with some spring onion
and cucumber and a dab of savoury sauce. It is a well-known individual Chinese dish best served
as a dainty appetizer.
